Returns

Damaged or Defective Products

  • Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged or defective.
  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged or defective product and provide photos as proof.
  • To qualify for a replacement or refund, the product must be returned in the same condition as received, with no further damage or misuse.

Cooling-Off Period

  • Customers have a 14-day cooling-off period starting from the day you receive your order.
  • During this time, you may return items for any reason. If the return is due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Replacement or Refund

  • Once a defect or valid return is confirmed, we may replace or refund the product.
  • Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Thorned is not responsible for any damage caused by misuse.

Additional Information

  • The risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is delivered.
  • Thorned’s liability is always limited to the amount you paid for the product.
  • All returns must be communicated to us in advance before sending the product back.
