Welcome to Thorned! By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General

These terms apply to all orders and purchases from Thorned.
By placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Orders

  • An order is a request to purchase the products you have selected.
  • Thorned may refuse an order if there is an issue with the product, stock availability, or payment.
  • An order is confirmed once Thorned sends an email confirmation.

3. Prices and Payment

  • All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location.
  • Payment must be made using the methods available on the website.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Thorned only sells and ships within Europe.
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.
  • Delivery takes on average 6 business days, with a maximum of 12 business days depending on your location.
  • If you have not received your order within 12 business days, please contact us.
  • Thorned is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

Everything we make is produced on demand in Europe. This means no overproduction, less waste, and shorter transport distances. By choosing Thorned, you’re making a choice that’s better for the planet!

5. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

  • Customers have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day they receive their order.
  • During this period, you may return items for any reason. If the return is due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

6. Conditions for Returns

  • Only items returned in their original, unused condition are eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Items must be returned with all original packaging, labels and (accessories) intact.
  • All returns must be communicated to us before sending the product back.

7. Damaged or Unsatisfactory Items

  • If an item arrives damaged or does not meet expectations, contact us within 48 hours and provide photos of the item.
  • Once assessed, we may replace or refund the product.
  • Thorned is not responsible for damage caused by misuse.

8. Replacement or Refund

  • Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item.
  • The risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
  • Liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

9. Warranty

  • Products must meet reasonable expectations of quality and usability.
  • If there is a defect, contact Thorned. We may replace or refund the product.
  • Thorned is not responsible for defects or damage caused by misuse.

10. Liability

  • Thorned is not responsible for indirect, incidental or financial loss.
  • Liability is always limited to the total purchase amount you paid for the product.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (including text, images and logos) is owned by Thorned or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use any content without prior written consent.

12. Privacy

We handle your personal data in accordance with the GDPR.

Your data is used only to process your order and communicate with you, unless you provide consent for additional use (e.g., newsletter).

13. Governing Law

Dutch law applies to all orders and agreements.


Any disputes will be submitted to the court in the jurisdiction where Thorned is located.
