1. General Information

Thorned is a clothing webshop that sells and ships exclusively within Europe.
All orders and purchases are subject to these terms and conditions.

2. Prices and Payment

  • All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • Payment must be made using the methods available on the website.

3. Orders

  • An order is a request to purchase the products you have selected.

  • Thorned reserves the right to refuse an order in case of stock, payment, or product issues.

  • An order is confirmed once Thorned sends a confirmation email.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after purchase.

  • Average delivery time: approximately 6 business days.

  • Maximum delivery time: 12 business days. If your order has not arrived within 12 business days, please contact us.

  • Thorned is not responsible for delays caused by local postal services or customs.

  • All products are made on demand in Europe, reducing overproduction and transport distances.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

  • Customers have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day they receive their order.

  • During this period, items may be returned for any reason.

  • If returning due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Returns and Damaged Items

  • Returns are only accepted for items in their original, unused condition, including packaging and accessories.

  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photos as proof.

  • All returns must be communicated to Thorned before sending the product back.

  • Once a return or defect is confirmed, the product may be replaced or refunded.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

  • Thorned’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

7. Warranty and Liability

  • Products must meet reasonable expectations of quality and usability.

  • Thorned is not liable for indirect, incidental, or financial loss.

  • Liability is always limited to the total purchase amount paid.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, and logos, is owned by Thorned or used with permission. Nothing may be copied or used without prior written consent.

9. Privacy and Cookies

  • Thorned processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR.

  • Data is used only for processing orders and communication unless explicit consent is given for other purposes (e.g., newsletter).

10. Dispute Resolution

  • All orders are governed by Dutch law.

  • Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the region where Thorned is located.
