Agreement to Terms

-By placing an order on THORNED.shop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not place an order.

General

-These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders and purchases made from Thorned.

-By placing an order, you enter into a binding agreement with Thorned under these terms.

Orders

-An order is a request to purchase products selected by you.

-Thorned reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if there are issues with stock availability, payment, or product errors.

-An order is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from Thorned.

Prices and Payment

-All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

-Shipping costs are free unless otherwise mentioned on the website.

-Payment must be completed using the payment methods provided on THORNED.shop.

Print on Demand

-All products sold by Thorned are Print on Demand (made to order).

-This means each item is produced individually after an order is placed and is not pre-stocked.

-Because of this production method, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference.

-Only defective or damaged items are eligible for review under our support policy.

Shipping and Delivery

-Thorned only ships within Europe.

-Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after purchase.

-Delivery time is typically around 6 business days, with a maximum of up to 14 business days depending on your location.

-Please note that shipping may occasionally take longer because all products are Print on Demand and made after the order is placed. This can slightly increase production and processing time.

-If your order has not arrived within 14 business days, please contact us at roos_online@outlook.com.

-Thorned is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or local postal services.

-All products are made on demand in Europe. This helps reduce waste, avoid overproduction, and lower environmental impact.

Damaged or Defective Items

-If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at roos_online@outlook.com, including clear photos of the issue.

-After review, we may offer a replacement or other suitable solution if the claim is approved.

Replacement or Refund

-Refunds or replacements are only provided for confirmed defective or damaged products.

-Refunds are processed after the returned or reviewed item has been inspected (if applicable).

-Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.

-Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

Warranty

-Products are expected to meet reasonable standards of quality and usability.

-If a defect occurs, contact Thorned and we will assess the situation.

-Thorned is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or incorrect use.

Liability

-Thorned is not liable for indirect, incidental, or financial damages.

-Total liability is always limited to the amount paid for the purchased product.

Intellectual Property

-All content on THORNED.shop, including text, images, branding, and logos, is owned by Thorned or used with permission.

-No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

Privacy

-We handle personal data in accordance with the GDPR.

-Data is used only for order processing and customer communication unless explicit consent is given for additional purposes (such as newsletters).

Governing Law

-These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law.

-Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in the Netherlands where Thorned is established.
